South Rd 2
Thu Jun 11, 2009 8:12AM
I'm going to repost the contact info for South RD 2 since I have received several calls this week from people wanting to get in. The track takes the entries and manages the waiting list so I have no idea who is on a waiting lit or if there is one at this point so please contact Ginna. People who did not pay by the early entry date should have been replaced with people who were on the waiting list after the cut off date.
Originally posted april 29th.
We are at 201 on entries and we will be filling heats now for round 2.
Please contact Ginna at ghawthorne@cegx.net or ginnahawthorne@cox.net
Or by phone @ 405 286 6533 to enter now.
YOU MUST BE PAID BY JUNE 5TH TO KEEP YOUR SPOT. IF YOU PAY BUT CAN'T MAKE IT YOU MUST LET THE TRACK KNOW NO LESS THAN ONE WEEK BEFORE THE RACE TO GET A REFUND. WE WILL HAVE PEOPLE ON THE WAITING LIST WHO CAN MAKE IT AND IF YOU DON'T LET US KNOW YOU ARE KEEPING SOMEONE WHO COULD RACE FROM RACING.

Guys once I recieve a request for numbers and I verify it with the list. I email each of you your number back to the email address I have for you.
The list is current, but not on the site. I'm working on a new spreadsheet that is quicker to use and update on the site quicker.

This seems to be a pattern this year!
The race this coming weekend in Lutz Florida is being post-poned due to rain. It's been raining heavy for the last week and still raining at this point. The projection is anywhere from 40-70% through the weekend. The track is already soaked and soggy and even if it stops raining before the weekend it will be a muddy mess which will be dangerous for the marshals along with muddy cars and parking so the decision has been made to move the race to the June 20th weekend. The track management has looked at the schedules in their area and see this as the only open date available.
If you have signed up early and can't make the new date please contact Joey Perez at rccrazy@msn.com
