This is a list of the top 5 in each class in each division after 2 rounds in each division. These people can enter NOW. After round 3 in each round I will fill in the names of the remaining early invitations in each division. The early invitation will be the top 12 in each class in each division. You will have a date set your entries must be in by. After that date I will open any spots not taken to the racers in that division to fill. Each division will have a different date set because of different completion dates for each division.
For the racers outside of the top 12 that want to go to the finals you should have plenty of chance to do so once we reach these due dates for the early entries. The total number of entries to fill is 576. I'm sure several divisions will not fill the number they will have invited. Generally the divisions closest to the event will be the top attending divisions. all divisions will have a chance to fill those empty slots.
We would prefer to have all entries in the week before the event so we can set a proper schedule and post pracitce heats before the event. Depending on how close we are to the limit we may or may not accept entries at the event.
Only paid entries will have a place reserved. You MUST be an RC Pro member to race at the finals. In order to do the online registration for the race you must be a member and log into the website. If you have paid single event memberships at your division races and need to upgrade to a full membership for the finals please email me at carlton@rcprosites.com . We will deduct your single event payments from the total cost of your membership and I will give you the paypal account for this payment. If you do the membership through the website it will charge the full $20 membership.
